Dear Team,
We work in a very relaxed environment. In a relaxed environment, the individual has more freedom. When there is more freedom, creativity and growth is not stifled (sofocado). So you grow. We all grow and our work is more effective.
Yet in such a free environment there are certain responsibilities that team members must develop. Each team member must develop their own work ethic, dedication and enthusiasm for what is being worked on. If you require assistance with this please ask.
What I require from you...
1) Check your email everyday
2) Submit a daily report on what you have been working on during your company work hours
3) Check your Team Home Page for any new tasks that have been assigned to you
4) Be happy
Anything you require from me, please comment to this post.
Quite often I may not reply to your posts or emails, but I always read them. If you require a response to something, make it a question, so that I know I must reply. If its urgent, bug me via email or skype.
The office you guys work in is also for your free time use. If you wish to study there, watch movies or use the internet etc. you are most welcomed to. Please respect it as a sacred space as I do. That means no buffarism in the office.
One Love

Hi Santhan, I just wanted to
Hi Santhan, I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know about us... (in fact, just about me 'cause I'm alone at the office right now) It's Saturday morning and I must have fallen of the bed... and the team is resting, I guess.
Everything is Ok except that there are some ants living in the kitchen...
I haven't seen either Mauro or Jordan for ages... I think Mauro's got a cold and I've chatted with Jordan and we've arranged a meeting next week so we can work out the higher studies translations.
Today I'm here because I'm scanning "The Heart..." Mariano explained to me how to do it (it wasn't THAT difficult after all!!!! I think I'll be able to cope with technology!!!!)
Don 't know why, but it takes me a lot of time "to put pen to paper" (my brain is crowded with silly things... and to cap it all I'm listening to the Beatles)
By this time you must have become used to listening to The Kooks, uh? Pablo almost likes them... poor thing!!!
Hope to hear from you soon...
It's already time I leave 'cause I have to catch the bus to Gálvez city...
(By the way... If you see the "love of my life" over there tell him in here... jajaja)
Hope you understand my English and sorry for all the "inconveniences". I think this powerfull "sahumerio" has a terrible effect on my mental health... jajaja
Write soon.
La Galvenzina (a bit thinner because I'm goin' to the gym everyday)
Cecilia, I really appreciate
Cecilia, I really appreciate you writing and am extremely happy that you are trying out something new...going to the gym. Well done!
My suggestion on this would be to go for a walk along the river everyday. Gyms are boring, cost money and very smelly. A walk along the river will nourish your body, mind and soul. Walking in fact is one of the best excercises, aparte de natacion y supuestamente yoga es el mejor.
You can walk towards the river and then turn right. Walk right until you come to the stairs where the University is and then walk down the stairs and back up the stairs and then walk back to your apartment along the river. This will give you a perfect workout. Alternate your walking speeds from very fast to medium pace.
Then on other days change your route. Turn left when you reach the river and walk past those colorful storage towers, past the bars and walk right until the end where the road starts to move away from the river, then return.
Both these routes are about 5km which is perfect excercise. During the walk focus on your breath. In through the nostrils and slowly out through your nostrils.
The love of your life will appear when you are ready!
Please remember to submit a daily report...daily! Your english is great.
